Nothing starts without a written specification. We map your processes, write the spec, and agree exactly on what will be built. You get the spec regardless of whether we continue.

Fixed price and timeline

No open-ended hourly billing. Price and timeline are in the specification, agreed before development starts. Every change to scope is a new agreement, not a surprise on the invoice.

Initial consultation

30 minutes. You describe your operations and what isn't working. We tell you whether and how we can help.

Project specification

1 to 2 weeks. We map your processes and write a specification covering what will be built, for how much, and by when. You get the spec even if we don't continue.

Development and handover

Typically 4 to 12 weeks. We build to the specification and hand over a working system. One that does what was agreed from day one.

Frequently asked questions

Custom software makes sense when your way of working is specific enough that an off-the-shelf product only covers part of your processes, or when adapting a ready-made system costs more than a purpose-built one. This typically applies to companies with their own sales cycle, non-standard workflow, or a need to connect multiple systems that don't talk to each other.

The price depends on scope. Smaller automations or integrations start from CZK 150,000. More complex systems range from CZK 400,000 to 1,500,000. The price is always agreed before development starts — no hourly billing.

Preparing the specification takes 1 to 2 weeks. Development itself typically takes 4 to 12 weeks from approval of the spec. The timeline is part of the written agreement.

The code and data are yours from day one. You don't pay monthly licences to keep the system running. You're not tied to us or any other vendor.
