We work in small, independent teams. Each one is built around a specific area: technical architecture, system migration, or client operations. Each team works directly with the client they're responsible for.
There's no account management layer. The people scoping your project are the people building it. When something needs a decision, you talk to whoever owns that part of the work, not someone relaying messages between you and them.
Roman, Jakub, and Daniel each oversee one of these areas. The three of them founded the company and still run it. Below is what each of them actually does.

Why we removed the handoff chain
Most implementation projects go wrong at the seams. The person who promised something isn't the person responsible for delivering it. Sales hands off to a project manager, who hands off to a developer, who hands off to support. Each handoff loses context. We built the company to remove those seams. The team you talk to during scoping is the team that builds your system. The person you call when something needs adjusting has the full context, because they were there from the start.
Who we typically work with
Czech and Slovak companies between 20 and 200 people, usually in manufacturing, distribution, or services. Some have an IT person, some don't. What they have in common is a system that no longer fits how the business actually runs, and a need for someone who will scope the work honestly, deliver what was agreed, and be reachable when something needs fixing after go-live.
The team
Roman JONAS
Roman founded Lumenax and runs the client side of the business. He owns project scoping, the commercial relationships, and making sure what gets agreed at the start is what gets delivered at the end.
Jakub LESKA
Jakub leads technical architecture. He sets the direction for how systems are built, works directly with engineering teams, and stays involved in client projects at the technical level throughout.
Daniel RUSNAK
Daniel comes from large enterprise environments and owns the migration and systems performance work. He makes sure the systems we build are solid enough to grow with the business, and works directly with clients on the technical side of every transition.
