Three ways we work with clients.
Custom system builds, legacy migration, and operational automation.
Each one starts with a scoping phase. We define what gets built, when, and for how much before development begins.
Custom system builds
Your process does not fit any off-the-shelf product, so we build it. We scope it tightly, build it on a modern platform, and hand it over running. Typical timeline: 4 to 12 weeks. No year-long projects, no generic templates.
Legacy migration
ABRA, Soft4Sale, Pohoda, Helios. We know these systems well. Before moving anything, we go through your data and separate what works from what does not. Only clean data moves to the new system. You start fresh without carrying old problems forward, and without running two systems at the same time. Same as any project: scope, timeline, and cost agreed upfront.
Operational automation
Every week, hours disappear into work that should not need a person. Data copied from one system to another, reports assembled by hand, orders entered in two places. We find where your team is losing time to routine and build what takes it off their plate. Not a plan or a presentation. A working solution, handed over.
How a project starts
Conversation, 30 minutes
We find out what you are dealing with. You find out how we work. No pitch, no commitment.
How we start
Over 1 to 2 weeks we map your processes, review your current setup, and write a brief that stays with you regardless of the outcome.
Agreed specification
With a clear brief and your sign-off, we get straight to work.
Build and handover
We build you a system that works from day one.
What you can count on
Three things that are true of every project we take on.
Written spec
You get it before development starts. Always.
Fixed timeline
And cost, agreed before we start.
Preparation first
No scope means no project. We do not start without it.

Frequently asked questions
Every project starts with a preparation phase where we map your processes and write a specification. Based on the spec we agree on a fixed price and timeline. Every change to scope is a new agreement, not a surprise on the invoice.
The preparation phase takes 1 to 2 weeks. We map your processes, go through your current system, and prepare a written specification describing what will be built. You get the spec regardless of whether we continue.
Smaller automations or integrations take around 4 weeks. Migrations or more complex systems take 8 to 12 weeks from the start of development.
Yes. We work directly with founders and operations managers. We don't require you to have an internal IT team. We run everything from the spec to handover ourselves.
We work with manufacturing companies, distribution, e-commerce, service businesses, and sales teams. The industry doesn't matter as much as having a process problem that off-the-shelf software doesn't solve.
