The company supplies and installs industrial cooling and climate systems, chillers, heat pumps, and dry coolers, to manufacturing plants, electronics companies, and facilities operators. A single project runs from several hundred thousand to over a million crowns, with long lead times and multi-stage invoicing.
Soft4Sale handled the accounting. Everything else, which clients were active, where projects stood, what had been quoted versus contracted, lived in email and spreadsheets. As the project base grew, so did the coordination overhead.
The migration connected accounting they already had to CRM and project tracking. Sales stages now match how they actually sell: inquiry through quote, installation milestone, final handover. Invoicing pulls from the same record. The accountant manages payment receipts for both CZK and EUR without switching systems.
The commercial team now sees the full pipeline without asking. Nothing gets re-entered.
