New employee in HR = automatically in the catering system. The system knows their shifts and can adjust available orders according to the work schedule.

Yes. Odoo supports ordering via web and mobile application. For physical terminals at the canteen entrance, integration with a card reader or QR code is possible — we will custom-configure it to suit your specific operations.

Yes. Odoo can automatically send daily orders to external catering providers via email or API. The invoice from the supplier then comes directly into Odoo and is matched with the record of meals consumed.

We import historical data from CSV or Excel exports of your legacy system. We migrate employee records and credit balances. Orders older than 1 year are typically archived without migration.

The Odoo Lunch module has a built-in contribution system. You set the rules — fixed amount, percentage of meal price, monthly limit. Contributions are automatically displayed on payslips and processed according to current Czech legislation.
