Catering system integrated with ERP. Orders, contributions, invoicing — without Excel.
If your canteen or company restaurant operates separately from HR and accounting – you know the consequences. Manual calculations at the end of the month, employees added in two places, manually matched contributions. Odoo connects your catering agenda with the rest of the company. LUMENAX will handle the implementation.

Most companies with a canteen or corporate restaurant face the same problems. Their catering system operates in isolation:
- Food orders are reported verbally or on paper in the morning — and someone is always forgotten.
- Canteen invoicing is manual work: at the end of the month, you count consumed lunches and compile a report in Excel.
- Records of employer contributions for meals are manually matched with the payroll system.
- A new employee starts — you add them separately to the catering system, just as you do to HR.
- The canteen is unaware of production shifts — it cooks the same for everyone and plans portions by estimation.
- Systems like Fingera, WEGA, BIS, or biometric.sk handle orders, but not integration with the company.
Odoo connects catering with the entire company
Online food ordering system
Employees order lunch a day in advance via web or mobile app. The canteen receives a precise overview of orders and plans portions without waste.
Automatic record-keeping and invoicing
Odoo records which employee consumed which lunches. At the end of the month, it automatically creates an invoice or re-invoicing — without Excel.
Employer contributions for meals
You set contribution rules — a fixed amount or a percentage. Contributions are automatically transferred to the payroll module and are visible on payslips.
Integration with HR and attendance
New employee in HR = automatically in the catering system. The system knows their shifts and can adjust available orders according to the work schedule.
Menu and offer management
You set the daily menu, meal categories, prices, and available portions. Employees choose online, and the canteen cooks precise quantities.
Cost overview for management
Management sees in real-time how much the company spends on catering, what the average contribution per employee is, and which days are most popular.
How implementation works
Analysis and design
We map how food ordering works today, who pays for what, and how contributions are recorded. We will propose a configuration for your type of operation.
Implementation and integration
We will configure the Odoo Lunch module, integrate it with HR and payroll, and set up the menu and contributions. Optionally, we can connect it with a terminal at the canteen entrance.
Training and launch
We won't go live until you are ready. We will train canteen staff, HR, and employees — in Czech, using your data.

- Odoo Lunch Configuration:Menu, categories, prices, employer contributions, credit wallets, notifications for the canteen.
- Integration with HR and Payroll:Employee synchronization, automatic contributions, integration with payslips.
- Training for Canteen and Employees:System operation for the kitchen, employee application, reports for management.
- Support and Development:The catering module is part of a single ERP system — you can add manufacturing, warehouse, or HR, and everything works together.
